Prepare Your Package
Place your items securely in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
